Everything is shown when you book, including the local tourist tax (for guests aged 18 and over). Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included. Tip: if you have cancellation insurance, book the non-refundable rate and save. If you have to cancel, you can claim the cost from your travel insurance.
When you book direct at short notice, it is deducted automatically from the price shown. You will see it when searching for dates.
After booking you receive the link to your guest portal. In the apartments and the double room you use it to unlock the door on your Smartphone or by phone call. For the Saliterei Holiday Home you will find the code for the key safe there.
Depending on the rate, according to our cancellation terms. There is no statutory right of withdrawal for accommodation booked for fixed dates.
We can charge the card you provided when booking, or you pay on site by card or in cash. For cash payment we grant a 2 % discount: we would rather you pay less than pay the fees to the card processor. We do the same for bookings via booking platforms, passing on part of the direct-booking benefit there too.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in any of our units.
